From venture-backed startups to Fortune 500s, I help teams build smarter workflows and scale what works. On the side, I run Fortuna, a tech and business consultancy for early-stage startups. We help founders build simple and scalable operating systems, covering everything from internal communications, and platform automations, to sales playbooks and performance reviews.
