I build intelligence products for the executives running the nation’s largest health systems — CSOs, CNOs, CIOs, and other executives shaping how care is delivered at scale. At The Health Management Academy, I founded the Catalyst portfolio, a peer intelligence membership business serving C-suite clinical and operational leaders across large integrated delivery networks and academic medical centers. The portfolio now spans three product lines — AI Catalyst, Strategy Catalyst, and Nursing Catalyst — with consistent retention, expansion, and margin growth across years of significant health system budget pressure. The work combines peer community, original research, and strategic intelligence on the issues these leaders are navigating in real time: AI adoption, nursing workforce transformation, and system strategy. I'm a builder by instinct and the business reflects it: 115+ large integrated delivery networks in membership (and growing), revenue and margin growth YoY, and strong member satisfaction and renewals including through years of significant health system budget pressure. Outside of work I'm a mom, partner, sister, daughter, friend, avid cook and host, outdoor enthusiast, and sun-seeker. I've found that the best leaders I know have full lives and I've worked to build one for myself.
