I have over nine years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, RPO consulting, learning and employee development, and new hire and onboarding HR processes. I leverage my MS in Organizational Development and Human Resource Management from The Johns Hopkins University, as well as my skills in HR, training and development, and diversity championing, to deliver high-quality candidates, enhance client satisfaction, and improve retention and performance metrics. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and offer guidance on best practices and compliance.
