Operating under policy-based governance, I was responsible for staff management, programmatic and operational leadership, including day-to-day financial operations of the congregation. During my ministry, congregation grew by 38% in members and 30% in both pledging households and pledge income. The financial operations of the congregation grew by over 36% in this time, and included a summer camp and preschool the congregation operated as a part of its ministry. I led the fundraising for an two significant Capital Campaigns during my ministry totaling well over $2 million.
