Digital Australia: Understanding the customer experience road trip
      Tech Research AsiaSitecoreMicrosoft
      Dec 2015
Key findings: * Digital is regarded as a way of doing business today for both consumers and organisations, and we like using it and have benefitted. But it is not the be all, and end all. * Australian consumers place a high level of importance on all aspects of digital engagement, and appreciate traditional customer service. They want time and place independence of engagement, and control over the experience. * Marketing, IT and other business leaders appear to lag consumers in placing importance on digital channels, but one third will receive additional budget in the next 12 months to invest and improve.

Emerging Trends in Digital Marketing Report Australia & New Zealand 2013
      Sitecore
      Dec 2013
Do you ever wonder whether your digital marketing campaigns are really working? Well, we at Sitecore thought it was time to find out. In our recent research project, ‘Emerging Trends in Digital Marketing’, First Point Research & Consulting and Sitecore surveyed 330 marketing managers, based in Australia and New Zealand… and the results tell a pretty worrying tale. On top of this, while 43% agreed that their bosses value converted sales and new customer acquisitions as the best measure of succes
