the problem, finding and repairing bugs in the code, and following up with the user to ensure their
problem has been resolved.
• Experience working with ticket based management systems for customer support and software
bugs.
• Developed software to communicate with barcode scanners, magstripe readers, POS cash
drawers, and receipt printers.
