Atindra Ghosh

I work across two closely connected areas: software development and technical talent acquisition—allowing me to contribute both to building technology and building the teams behind it.

On the development side, I focus on building AI-driven and full-stack applications using technologies like Python, JavaScript, React, and Node.js. My work involves developing intelligent workflows, backend services, and web platforms that integrate modern AI capabilities and scalable system design.

Alongside development, I also work in talent acquisition, supporting organizations in identifying and connecting with the right technical talent. My technical background allows me to understand engineering roles more deeply and bridge the gap between hiring teams and candidates. Currently open to exploring opportunities in AI/full-stack development.

Working in both domains gives me a unique perspective on how technology is built and how strong teams are formed.
