Interim Head of People
United States
Most founders don't have an HR problem. They have a scaling problem.
The people decisions are piling up. Managers are struggling. Comp is inconsistent. Nobody knows what "good" looks like for their role. And somehow all of it keeps landing on your desk.
That's not an HR problem. That's what happens when growth outruns your operating infrastructure.
I build the systems that fix it — without making it feel like HR showed up.
Through Super Simple HR, I embed with Seed to Series B founders as a fractional Head of People. That means job architecture, comp structure, manager enablement, onboarding, org design that is built in the right order, customized for your stage, and handed off when you're ready to hire in-house.
No policy theater. No check-the-box HR. Just the operating infrastructure your company needs to scale without the wheels coming off.

💡 Who I Work With
Seed to Series B startups, 25–150 employees, founder-led, scaling fast, and overdue for real people infrastructure.
If your company is between 25 and 150 people and HR feels like the thing you keep stepping around - that's exactly where I work best. DM me or grab 20 minutes on my calendar.

My Story
I've built HR at startups that scaled through 3 IPOs, 4 exits, and triple-digit growth. I launched Super Simple HR — named after my kid's favorite YouTube channel — to make People Ops less painful for founders and more powerful for companies serious about growth.
