I have always been drawn to situations where things feel messy, complex, or stuck. That’s often where the biggest opportunities are hiding, not in having all the answers, but in creating clarity, alignment, and momentum when they matter most. Over the course of my career, I’ve worn a lot of different hats: strategist, operator, P&L owner, corporate development leader, and sometimes translator between competing priorities and perspectives. What ties those experiences together is a passion for helping organizations grow and transform. As a P&L owner, I doubled a ~$4M revenue business through organic growth initiatives and strategic acquisitions within two years. Later, at a growing PE-backed firm, I built the organization’s M&A capability from the ground up, completing 10 acquisitions representing billions in assets and helping drive meaningful top-line growth over four years. I am a practical strategist who doesn’t stop at recommendations. I enjoy building the systems, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes that help organizations move from good ideas to real outcomes. Whether partnering with executive teams, boards, investors, or frontline employees, I am at my best when helping people navigate change, make difficult decisions, and execute with confidence. I am also the kind of leader who throws out my own coffee cup. Titles matter far less to me than ownership, accountability, and treating people with respect. The most successful teams I’ve been part of have combined high standards with humility, urgency with empathy, and ambitious goals with a genuine commitment to one another.
