I’m a Colombian entrepreneur and Co-Founder at Floowi.
Over the last few years, we’ve built recruiting and operating capabilities across Latin America, helping global companies access and manage talent across the region.
We’re now applying that infrastructure to a new problem: AI data operations.
We’re exploring how Floowi can help AI teams source, collect, annotate, and evaluate hard-to-access data across Latin America, from existing operational datasets and real-world environments to domain experts and custom data collection.
Our thesis is simple:
AI teams should tell us what data is difficult to source. We’ll do the hard work of figuring out how to get it from Latin America.
Right now, we’re speaking with founders, researchers, data teams, and robotics companies to understand where the biggest data bottlenecks actually are before deciding where to focus.
