With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, I currently manage end-to-end recruitment as part of the Talent Acquisition team at Amoga. My role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and non-IT roles, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill internal hiring requirements. Previous experiences at Wipro, CETPA Infotech, and ZobLik Technologies have contributed to my understanding of structured recruitment processes and HR practices.
