I hold a B.A. in Tourism and Travel Management from Ethiraj College for Women (2015-2018) and an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from SRM University (2018-2020). My career began as a Junior Executive Recruiter, where I built a solid foundation in Diamondpick. I then advanced to a Talent Acquisition Specialist role at CUBE84, a Salesforce-focused startup, for 1.7 years and currently serve as Assistant Manager - HR at TVS Credit Services.

Over the years, I’ve gained expertise in recruitment, selection, interview scheduling, evaluation, placement Coordination, Headhunting, and employee relations. I specialize in onboarding and offboarding processes, background verification, client and vendor negotiations, and seamless client coordination.
