An implementation of Platform-as-a-Service Cloud model using LXC containers as a part of Cloud Computing( CS341 ) Course. The PaaS is built using Node.js and is made to run on Linux machines. The PaaS is now able to host node.js code along with MongoDB, essentially supporting the mean stack. Multi-user deployment is supported with the maximum number of containers per user set to 3. Each user can create upto 3 containers that run the same Node.js server program. The requests are forwarded to the different in a round-robin fashion by the load balancer.

Empirical Analysis of Indian Political Ecosystem as an Application of Generic Textual Processing
ICDL International Conference in Digital Libraries
    Dec 2016
Considerable amount of the textual data created following the information explosion is unstructured, incoherent and is often from multiple sources and in different formats. In order to analyze an incoherent and unstructured domain, it is essential to employ generic and robust methods to procure, integrate, store, and analyze large amounts of text-based data from multiple sources and contexts. In this paper, we present a platform that we built which serves this purpose. It is a cloud-based text analysis platform that enables the procurement, integration, storage, and analysis of large text-based data sets from multiple sources or domains. It is a general purpose analytical Software-as- a-Service that allows the user to get insightful informa

Computed Science-to-Economy Conversion for Better Farming and Forestry
International Journal Of Research in Computer Science
    Jun 2015
Forest farming is a three dimensional farming technique where the synchronization of agriculture and forest environment forms a new kind of self-sustaining ecosystem. This method has various obstacles in form of versatility and ecological balance, which is largely solved by science to economic computation and organized structuring of the farm. The scientific data regarding the farm - the pH value, Rainfall, Humidity, temperatures (day and night) and humus content – is processed to get economic results, which ultimately helps in practical implementation of the method. The main objective is to enhance the practicability of the method. See more at: http://www.ijorcs.org/manuscript/id/90/madhu-g-nadig/computed-science-to-economy-conversion-for-
