Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with experience across HR technology, engineering, leadership, and problem-solving in fast-paced and collaborative environments. Currently working at Mastek, on Oracle HCM implementation and support projects involving Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and HR process support. Before moving into Oracle HCM consulting, I worked as an Electronics Engineer and contributed to a research study in focused on underwater terrain analysis and subsea cable planning. My leadership experience at further helped me develop strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. I enjoy solving problems beyond the surface level by understanding root causes, improving processes, and building solutions that create long-term impact. My approach combines analytical thinking, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset. I’m particularly interested in Oracle Fusion HCM, enterprise solution design, HR transformation, and process optimization, with long-term aspirations toward solution architecture and global consulting opportunities.
