I’m a people-focused professional who enjoys connecting with others and learning new things. With a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA in HR & Marketing, I bring the best of both worlds strong technical understanding and a passion for people management.

Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and performance management. From screening and sourcing candidates on platforms like Naukri, Monster, Dice, TechFetch, Indeed, Hirist, Wellfound and LinkedIn to social media job postings, database management, and HR processes like recruiting, interviewing, attendance, generating salary slips, performance tracking, appraisals, onboarding and Exit Formalities/documentations and even some financial aspects too like creating invoice for the client.
