Helping you name and clear the org debt holding back change | Scientist |Implementation Consultant | Founder, Change H.E. Community

I help organisations when they know their systems, processes and data are not working for them anymore, but they are not sure where to start or how to make change happen without creating chaos.
I work at the intersection of people, process, systems and data, turning confusion into clarity, and clarity into a practical plan that teams can actually deliver.
My core sectors are education (Higher Education and post-16 education), life sciences, and healthcare.
Organisations bring me in to:
* Separate symptoms from root causes and surface the biggest assumption underneath the noise
* Map how work really happens end-to-end, including handoffs, workarounds, and pain points
* Define what “better” looks like in plain, testable terms
* Prioritise and sequence change so it is doable with real capacity and business calendars
* Translate needs into requirements and decisions that delivery teams can build from
* Strengthen data foundations, including governance, ownership, definitions, quality, and how data flows across systems in readiness for AI
My approach is shaped by nearly two decades in world-leading scientific environments, including Cambridge. In those settings, rigour and critical thinking were the price of entry. Fluency with data, technology, and scalable repeatable process was not optional. People dynamics and change were part of daily life, because research continually requires updating thinking even when there are entrenched paradigms in place for years.
I am Director at Dataqubed Ltd, working alongside deep technical specialists, with my focus on making sure the right problems get solved, the work is shaped credibly, and what gets delivered is fit for purpose, adopted, and creates value.
