Hi everyone! My name is Jocelyn, and I’m passionate about two things: recruiting and helping others. I began my academic journey studying Communication Sciences at Rafael Landívar University, a European-accredited institution. Later, I pursued a degree in Psychology at the same university to deepen my understanding of human behavior. To broaden my perspective and enhance my communication skills, I also began studying Languages at UNAM (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). I've had the opportunity to work with a wide range of agencies, clients, and roles—from entry-level positions like Customer Service, Sales, and Bookkeeping, to more specialized and senior roles such as Marketing Managers, Civil Engineers, Accountants, and even VPs of Accounting. My academic background has strengthened my ability to connect with people, stay organized, and approach each challenge with discipline, curiosity, and a genuine desire to help others grow and develop.
