    As the head of marketing for Aiwa (re-launched as a start-up in 2015 with the Hale Devices team) I was responsible for creating the re-launch strategy, by studying (through primary and secondary sources) decades of existing brand equity and recontextualizing it for today's consumer audio landscape.

    This project touched every detail of the relaunch, from choosing a product category for re-entry, to choosing the size of the holes in the speaker grille. In broad strokes this re-launch resembled a big-firm branding and product development process, effectively undertaken with limited start-up resources.
