I am a Telecommunications Engineer, a graduate of Simón Bolívar University, I have 4 years of work experience in the area of mobile communications services. I have been involved in projects designing and implementing virtualized data core solutions, including: SGSN-MME, DNS, AAA, GGSN-EPG, ePDG, TWAG and PCRF for 2G/3G, LTE, 5G NSA and Wifi-Offloading networks. I also have experience in the design and implementation of a virtualized IMS network, including: SBC, P-CSCF, S-CSCF, MMTEL-AS and IBCF for VoLTE, SIP Trunking and Wifi-Calling services. Through my studies, I have acquired knowledge in: Design and development of data networking projects, radio communications, fiber optic transmission, mobile networks, static and dynamic routing, development of Internet of Things (IoT) systems and applications. I have also gained knowledge in strategic project management. As well as in the development of telecommunications for the multiple services used in residential, industrial, tertiary and endowment buildings. In my current employment i have integrated and tested 19 Cloud Mobility Gateways (CMG) into T-Mobile laboratory environment for multiple use cases including corporate solutions for private APNs, Static IP and also for OBR roaming.
