I build and scale businesses — inside a global payments giant, inside a private equity portfolio, and as a hands-on operator turning around underperforming assets. Twenty-plus years across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the US have taught me the same lesson in every context: growth comes from operational discipline, sharp commercial instinct, and the ability to bring people with you through change. Most recently, I've been operating inside Banyan Software's private equity model — leading payments due diligence on acquisitions, stepping in as CEO of Medeor Payments to build its risk, compliance and commercial engine from scratch. I've taken on Banyan's global payments strategy, directing an M&A pipeline across APAC and hiring regional leaders across Europe and North America. A recurring thread in my career is taking New Zealand-born businesses beyond our shores. At Fraedom — a SaaS company founded here in NZ — I led a 450-person team across six countries, launched a new product platform globally. At Medeor, I've taken a model proven in the New Zealand market and expanded our operations to Australia, and used it as the template for a strategy now being rolled out globally. Earlier in my career, as a multiple-market Country CEO and global SVP at Visa, I carried full P&L accountability for large organisations — including leading Visa New Zealand, Visa Hong Kong & Macau, and Visa's global commercial operations from San Francisco. I hold Company Directors Certification through the NZ Institute of Directors and currently serve as a Director of Medeor Ltd.
