Timi Fadeyi

Timi is an IT professional with more than three decades of hands-on experience, knowledge and expertise of leading-edge infrastructures and emerging technologies across various multi-national organizations. He has a track record of excellence and able to drive changes within organizations. Timi is currently the Head - Data Center Hosting and Infrastructure Services at Galaxy Backbone, Nigeria. Timi is also very versatile in Project Management , PMP and AgilePM in focus while continuously delivering various IT and datacentre related projects across the private and public sector. Graduated as a Biochemist from the Ondo State University, Ado-Ekiti, Timi then proceeded to hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the Greenwich University, United Kingdom in Information Technology Management for Business. He further holds different professional certifications in Information Technology and a certified Data Centre operations manager, Infrastructure and Operations specialist from the International Datacentre Authority in the United States Of America. His experience ranges from solutions architecture, data Center (build, design and operate), (Public, Private, Hybrid and Government) cloud design and migrations. Timi is a systems integrator and an implementer. Timi is a versatile team-player, best practice practitioner and result-oriented leader. He has worked in the financial industry, Insurance sectors and Public Institutions. Currently with Valar Institute, Quantic school of Business and Technology, Washington DC for an Ex-MBA, learning skills in Strategy and Execution across all businesses and Organization types for a 21st Century Organization in a digital economy. Timi has a passion for the transformation of Datacentres in Africa and for Africa to benefit from the Global digital economy.
